Berry Granola Yogurt Bark

Ingredients

  • 2 cups lowfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar replacement
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries diced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup granola

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Place yogurt, granulated sugar replacement and vanilla extract into a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
  • Pour the yogurt onto the baking sheet. Spread the yogurt in an even layer along the surface of the baking sheet.
  • Top with strawberries, blueberries and granola.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer until the yogurt bark is firm. When firm, remove the baking sheet from the freezer. Break/cut bark into pieces and enjoy!
