Berry Granola Yogurt Bark

- 2 cups lowfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar replacement
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberries diced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup granola
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Place yogurt, granulated sugar replacement and vanilla extract into a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
Pour the yogurt onto the baking sheet. Spread the yogurt in an even layer along the surface of the baking sheet.
Top with strawberries, blueberries and granola.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer until the yogurt bark is firm. When firm, remove the baking sheet from the freezer. Break/cut bark into pieces and enjoy!
