Summer Berry Salmon Salad

- 3 cups spinach
- 1 tbsp light balsamic dressing
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 oz goat cheese
- 4 oz salmon (sockeye)
Place greens in a mixing bowl. Drizzle greens with dressing and massage/toss until well coated. When done, transfer the greens onto the serving plate.
Tear warm salmon into pieces. Arrange the salmon on top of the greens. Top with blueberries and raspberries. Sprinkle the salad with crumbled goat cheese and enjoy immediately
