Full on confession…
I love fries. Eating anything warm and savory remind me of hugs from my husband. So ya, If I can’t hug him, I’ll reach for a fry…but not just any fry…
Air fryer sweet potato fries…
Look, my health and fitness goals matter to me and I feel ZERO guilt about that, but something about a nutrient dense sweet potato being air fried versus being submerged in scalding oil makes me feel less guilt too. So naturally, It’s a no brainer to go with the air fried version.
These fries will not disappoint. Crisp, savory, with the perfect amount of seasoning…and a touch of thyme really takes them to the next level. So much so, they stand up to and kick any leading fast food chain’s butt (with half the cost).Â
If you are a french fry fan like me, you gotta give these a try. As a loyal fry fan to a certain famous SoCal chain and a self professed fry aficionado, these do the job for me. They are healthy, easy to adapt and modify, and allow me to have my fries while I lose weight too…and that is more than enough for me.Â
