Basic watermelon is great and there’s a place for that…but watermelon with some feta cheese and mint? Baby….it’s extra AF, inexpensive and won’t derail your weight management goals.
If you know me, you know my cooking is heavily influenced my Mediterranean cuisine, so it was a no brainer to pair some sweet juicy watermelon, with salty briny feta and some fresh mint.Â
This bowl is so guiltless, I almost felt kind of bad for not feeling bad. Â
